Design Services

At Hampshire Timber Frame, you will be working directly with our in-house architectural designer, Dana Roberts. Dana has over 23 years in the timber framing profession and has designed over 350 Timber Frame homes with clients from Maine to California and up into Canada, turning their ideas into reality. Our design staff's creativeness and understanding of Timber Frame engineering allowed us to take on projects that others would not.

We also realized and understanding the need for efficient design these days as budgets get tighter. By developing more effective design specifications and systems, our focus naturally led us to specialize in downsizing and retirement home design. This is why "Empty Nesters" and "Retirees" design needs fit flawlessly into our architectural philosophy.

Homes being energy efficient and having minimum maintenance grows more important each day for all of us. Not only do our Timber Frame homes look beautiful and are extremely strong, they save you money and they save you time. Time that you can spend on things you want to do, not on things you have to do.
