He has designed over 125 Timber Frame homes with clients, turning their ideas into reality.
Dana's creativeness and understanding of Timber Frame engineering allowed him to take on projects that others would not.
He also realized the need in understanding downsizing and retirement home design.

Hampshire Timber Frame will provide a complete set of architectural drawings for your entire project including conventional and panelized sections.

Completed Architectural set, plus

note: Architectural drawings are done when you go into the design phase. Construction drawings are done when you go to contract.
note: Mechanical drawings such as heating, electrical and plumbing need to be drawn up locally in order to meet local codes.
note: Engineering costs for reviews and certification are the responsibility of the owners.
The Design Process at Hampshire Timber Frame
Pencil drawings may be warranted per design information.
1st preliminary draft (two set) includes 1st & 2nd floor plans and two elevations.
Client to review all drawings, red line both sets with changes and or corrections.
Client to return one set back to Hampshire Timber Frame and keep the other set.
Designer will review the red line set with home owners before any redraw is done.
1st architectural draft (two sets) includes basement (if finished), 1st, 2nd & loft floor plans, all four elevations (with finished detailing) and a section drawing at the stairway location.
Repeat steps 3-6 as needed.
After you are completely satisfied with the design we will provide a quote for the components which you have requested Hampshire Timber Frame to provide.
Hampshire Timber Frame will provide architectural sets for local contractor pricing.
Contract must be signed a minimum of 12 weeks prior to delivery date.
